I know fidelity get theirs Mon & Friday for the most part. But yes I do think they do them in groups. At least it seems that way. Welcome to the waiting impatiently club

I am the seller on mine so I am not in the thread (submitted BLT 160 points for ROFR 3/2/18 per broker for purposes of this reply), but I did call DVC member administration and they told me "your ROFR is with the finance department and was sent up today". That was 8 days ago, on 3/12/18 . I quickly got an email from my broker saying to direct questions at them and not to DVC (not sure how they knew I called and why it matters since they are my points). I then asked my broker if ROFR waivers only come on certain days and she said it's random. I'm guessing they might be in groups because some resorts seem to pass through quicker than others. I sold another BLT contract in January and it passed ROFR in one week. Guess I just got lucky on that one!

I was also told that their is a “gap” between the day it’s sent to Disney and the day it actually goes to ROFR. That would explain why people have waited longer than the 30 days. The 30 days doesn’t technically start until it actually gets to the ROFR Dept. Doesn’t seem fair that they get to dictate when the 30 days actually begins. It seems it should have to begin the day it is sent to them... but that’s just my opinion.
