Oooh... Now there's a goal - to pass ROFR before @pangyal gets back! Seller hasn't signed yet, but I'm hopeful this gets sent to ROFR on Monday.

YES! THIS! Just signed our 2nd attempt at an SSR contract. Waiting on the seller to sign as well and hoping to get it off to ROFR soon. Would love to hear before Xmas (seeing as how our 1st contract was taken right before T-giving) - it'd be a good end to the year.

Yeah. I would have liked them to come down even further, but we were getting to the point where we were haggling over a few hundred dollars and we really wanted the 90 point contract.
