Selling my DVC to family

I am hoping that someone knows the answer. Presently my husband and I own 230 points at Boardwalk. What would be involved to put my sister and her husband on the title? Also what if I wanted to give her the DVC, no money exchanged just the title -can we do that? We are both Canadians so not sure how that would work with the IRS and US Taxes.

If no money changes hands, it’s a gratuitous transfer, and you can handle yourself or have a title agency handle it for you. LT Transfers, www.LTTransfers.com, has done similar work for my family with other timeshares and has also taken care of DVC members who have posted here.

I would not attempt to DIY this, with the international seller part. I've seen great reviews of LT Transfers on these boards.
