Ok here we go... got pad and paper ready and you"all will dictate what I will document. Got quite a ways out for my 180 days but I tend to prep early as far as planning. What I would like is for you to list your top 3 Disney dining places. your job is to convince me this is a must do dining place and why so
p.s. I have the deluxe dining package and will not stray from those on that plan
thank you

JIKO! I just have my first experience there for my bday in Saturday and OMG. It was the best meal I have ever had. We got the boar tenderloin appetizer and it was the best piece of meat I've ever had. My biyfriend got the halibut entree. We are from cape may nj and eat fish frequently but have never had fish that good before. I go the filet with the babodie ma and cheese and I am literally looking at flights for one night to Orlando to get this meal again. Wonderful service and even better food! Cannot wait to return. Best meal I have ever had

1. Cape May at Beach Club for breakfast I know it's a character exp but I love the food. This has been a family tradition so it will always hold #1 in my heart.
2. Via Napoli never has let me down at Epcot
3. Teppan Edo was very nice and their balcony is perfect for the fireworks at Epcot

1. Monsieur Paul - Incredible food! Upscale ambiance within a park and romantic.
2. Tusker House - Character experience is nice and unique food offerings
3. BOG Dinner - Hard to get reservation but beautiful setting (We don't like leaving the park to eat)

1. Yachtsman - best filet I've ever had and the service is excellent.
2. 'Ohana - it's tradition, we've only missed it if it's a very short trip and we're skipping TS. Love the food, the Poly, and Trader Sam's for a pre dinner drink.
3. Homecomin - I'm from the South, so I've had a lot of fried chicken in my life, but this is the best, by far. Service was great and it's a cute place.

1. California Grill - Great sushi and great viewing for MK fireworks. Love the atmosphere of this place!
2. Hoop Dee Doo Revue - Great fun, you get to participate in the show. It's a bit corny but funny at the same time AND all you can drink Sangria included!
3. Le Cellier Steakhouse - Fantastic Mushroom Filet and pretzel break.

We always do the Deluxe Dining plan too and sometimes it can seem as a LOT of food. To compensate that we normally skip breakfast, or use a snack credit and divide something then do a table service for lunch and a signature meal for dinner. Otherwise we felt like we were just going from meal to meal to meal everyday!

Hmmm....Jiko is one of our favorites, yummy food and the wait staff are very friendly with a beautiful atmosphere
Monsieur Paul....AMAZING food! beautifully set up with a real taste of class.
Victoria and Alberts! the whole thing is set up for a beautiful night out! food is delicious, staff...all the way from the people who greet you, to your wine steward, waiters, kitchen staff and the last person you see...THE BEST!

1. Teppan Edo at Epcot - fun experience and as a pp said -great place to view fireworks.
2. Ohana - breakfast or dinner - food is delicious and the atmosphere is so much fun.
3. Yak and Yeti at AK - this Landry property serves some great Asian food with flair. Lots of flavor and a ton of options for every palate.

I know you mentioned wanting "Deluxe" restaurants, but my top recommendations are all 1 TS. You could always split up your credits and go to two different 1 TS restaurants. I would consider these places (maybe not Garden Grill necessarily) valuable worth 2 TS, but they are only 1 :woohoo:

1. Turf Club-Quiet, excellent steak/other options, quick walk to DS and only 1 TS/reasonably priced.
2. Rose and Crown-Food and service is always spot on, and if you reserve a table near Illuminations, you can either view it from your outside table or theyy'll escort you to their private viewing area outside if you have an indoor table.
3. Garden Grill-This is a fantastic character dining option. Go for an early breakfast and you will find the delicious cinnamon bun to be out of this world! The character interaction is great, and when I went we met Chip and Dale twice! Before or after your breakfast, take advantage of little to no lines for Soarin,' so you can save your tier 1 FP+ for the Frozen ride.

1) Citricos- great food, interesting menu, open kitchen

2) Narcooses- Good seafood. You can see the MK fireworks from the restaurant.

3) Victoria and Albert's - It's actually not overhyped. The food is amazing.

1) Hoop Dee Doo - all you can eat, amazing food, great show!
2) Yachtsman Steakhouse - best steak of my life!
3) Monsieur Paul - never been here but it's what I would pick if I had deluxe dining!

1. 50s PTC is tops on my list. Love the nostalgia here. The food is always good, and I enjoy the variety as I tend not to get set on just one dish here. I always save room for a PB&J milkshake and I never, ever order dessert out, so this is unusual for me to make sure to get. Also, when the servers are on cue, I love the antics, and I like to engage them in conversation to be this way. We have been almost every trip since 1999, and we have been at least 35 trips! So thats a lot of 50s!!
2. San Angel Inn is another must do for us. We love Mexican food and this isn't your neighborhood Tex-Mex place, far from it. Its more authentic, and you need to be prepared for that, but in a good way. Forget the typical enchiladas, tacos, etc. Branch out your pallete and you will be surprised at how good this place is. And the atmosphere, its #1 for me on property.
3. This is hard for me because we love so many places at WDW, but at this moment, Rose n Crown tops the list. Love the food and the atmosphere, and really enjoy talking with the CMs. We visited England a couple yrs back and find it interesting to get the lowdown on where the CMs are from, how they like the states and WDW, etc. But this is one of the only places we really enjoy the apps and if room allows, the desserts.
I have to throw out a honorable mention(in other words, can't just stop at 3:D The Wave has great breakfast buffet and lunch, don't do dinner, not as good, but the 2 other meals, spot on good and a great respite from MK, just a few steps away.

I would say Tusker House (though still missing the chicken salad from when it was a QS) for the great food selection, location, and characters, and then Jiko....just because of the food and atmosphere...

And I don't have a 3rd cuz they all are great, but I would say Garden Grill, Rose & Crown, Artist Point, Boma, Ohana (though a little less so since they got rid of the pineapple and caramel dessert and chinzed on the lazy susan offerings) , Plaza, are all enjoyable....

1. Cape May at Beach Club for breakfast I know it's a character exp but I love the food. This has been a family tradition so it will always hold #1 in my heart.
2. Via Napoli never has let me down at Epcot
I agree with these two

- Cape May breakfast is awesome. Great food, lovely atmosphere, and the characters are always adorable.
- Via Napoli is my #1 must do though! Pasta and Pizza are both awesome!
- Artist Point....my true love......holy heck the food is outstanding. Best steak i've ever had in my life, ditto for dessert. The place is beautiful and quiete and peaceful. Service is top notch.

We're doing DXDP
But my top picks were
1) Tusker House Breakfast. Is my favourite on property. I love holiday breakfast, and the character interactions have always been awesome. 1TS

2) Cali Grill Brunch - Not done before but really love all the options, something for everyone, plus you get the fireworks pass. 2TS

3) Le Cellier - My husband LOVES this place. He loves Epcot, he loves the cellar thing, and enjoyed everything he ate. 2TS (although it was 1TS both times we were here previously)

other mentions to CRT (for the princess obsessed 4 yo - 2TS) and O'hana (which we do every trip because of the atmosphere, and because everyone in the group can find food to enjoy here and we get to do that and all have the same!)

We're also doing a bunch of other breakfasts, and also MP.

1. 50s Prime Time - Fried chicken dinner and s'mores (both can be gf) - plus fun theming and server interactions
2. Kona - pressed pot of coffee and pineapple macadamia nut pancakes (gf available) - plus a trip to the Polynesian hotel
3. Sanaa - amazing flavors and spices in the dishes and the bread service dips (gf bread service available) - plus animal viewing from restaurant
Honorable mentions: The Wave, Tiffins, Morimotos & Hollywood Brown Derby

1. California Grill. It is just such a purely Disney experience - excellent food and service, in an upscale restaurant that nevertheless welcomes children, with a spectacular view that quite literally can't be had anywhere else. The menu is rather varied, especially by Disney standards, and the sushi is fabulous.

2. 50s Prime Time. Also wonderfully Disney, but in a very different way - sassy waitstaff, fun antics, and perfectly prepared, vaguely nostalgic home-cooked style American comfort food. In a park that is generally lacking in good dining options, this has become our Studios day go-to and something we really look forward to each trip.

3. A toss up: Jiko, for creative African-influenced cuisine in an absolutely beautiful restaurant with some of the most helpful servers we've ever encountered when it comes to choosing from an interesting and largely unfamiliar wine list. Or Raglan Road, for a boisterous, fun atmosphere, great live music and dancers, stunning woodwork, and delicious Irish food including what is perhaps the best take on shepherd's pie that I've ever had.

I think there are a lot to mention and it's hard to narrow down my top three. I know we have pretty adventurous pallets and are always looking for new experiences. So when we go back someplace that means we rather like it. So in no particular order:

Teppan Edo: This is part dinner and part show. We don't have an hibachi around where I live, so it was certainly a unique experience for us! We found the food quite good and we're going back for our upcoming trip.

Skipper Canteen: If you're a fan of the Jungle Cruise then you'll get a kick out of the servers here. I love the decor/themeing and the food is not your typical theme park food.

Spice Road Table: Order a few small plates and share between the table. It's right on the water and gives you a great view of Illuminations!
