Just took the kids to see the Disney/Ghibli film The Secret World Of Arrietty. Pretty solid story about the little "borrowers" who live under the floorboards and an awesome moral to boot. It was a bit slow in spots, but neither the six year old nor the three year old lost interest. The three year old girl was scared for about 30 seconds when the action picked up near the end, but quickly got over it. I was shocked to see a packed theater in Peoria, Il filled with plenty of adults. Animation buffs I guess and it's good to see a non-computer animated film once in a while. Kudos to John Lasseter and Disney for bringing these films over to the States. Overall, pretty good. I give it 3 sugar cubes out of 5.
