Tips for disney hotel stay

We have booked disney hotel with our 4 little ones (6,4,3,1). We are looking for any tips on hotel and parks. Good times to eat, places to eat. Good rides to head to and when. Any general advice would be appreciated. Thanks for your time in advance.
