transportation help please!!!!!

We will be staying at Holiday inn family suites. we need transportation from the airport to the hotel. also we will not be visiting WDW but we hope to be going to universal studios, islands of adventure and busch gardens. so we would need transportation to and from these parks. then off to the disney cruise. again transportation to the port and then from port to airport.i really need to go as cheap as possible on transportation as the reason we are not staying on universal property is to save money not only in room cost but food would be pricey too. there are 2 adults and 2 children in our party. mears is $13 each which comes to $52 a day!is a city bus doable? a car rental plus parking fees and gas would probably add up too.any help and ideas is greatly appreciated. thanks
