Use Disney Visa Rewards for water sports?

Can I use my Disney Visa Rewards to rent the sea raycer/"water mice" at the Contemporary? I am thinking I cannot because isn't this run by an outside company, Sammy Duvall. Any one know for sure?

They do offer room charging for the cost, so it's possible they may take the Rewards Card. If not, they may take Disney Gift Cards which you can purchase with your Rewards Card.
