Will this dress break disneyworld no costume rules?

I was hoping to buy this dress and wear it on our cruise and hopefully to california grill brunch and BOG dinner. (Likely different days)

Will this break the parks no costume rules. I will wear it with flats and likely a little cardigan.

It looks fine! The rule is that adults can't wear costumes because Disney doesn't want anyone to mistake them for CMs. I don't think anyone would see you and think, "there's Belle, let me get my picture taken with her." It looks more like a dress "inspired by" a character than a full-on costume.
