    Hi All,

So my fiancé and I have totaled up our guest count and we are at a Wishes guest count, we have 26 guests. Unfortunately, as much as I have tried to bring that list down it will still be above the 18 for Escape Package.

We are working on keeping our DFTW at $15k with taxes and all so this would mean sticking as close to $5k min (using DFAP), $175/pp min for dinner and ceremony fee.

I am soooo torn on venues and what to pick. We are HUGE Disney fans and love so many of the locations. I really wanted a dessert party but since that would add to my cost and take me over I am contemplating a dinner reception instead with fireworks view. I have no idea what to choose.

Attached are pictures of my dream wedding feel/ambience I just don't know what combo I can do to make that somewhat a reality. A roman table is a MUST as that's something I've always wanted but it seems like use of any of the marinas at Disney takes me way over the sticking with minimums.

Thoughts on ceremony and reception venue combos? I really didn't want to add in transportation costs for guests so this only adds to the frustration.

What is your wedding date? Are you during the value season to make sure your ceremony fee is as low as possible?

I don't know if you have enough people for Italy Isola but I think that has the most space for the type of tables you want.

We had our ceremony at Sea Breeze Point and our reception at Eau de France (lower France). Same reason, we figured instead of having a separate DP we'd just combine the illuminations viewing will the reception. We were mini wishes and were under your required minimums. If you want your reception in Epcot, you will have to provide transportation.

Ask your coordinator which venues could accommodate the roman table you are looking for. I think you would be able to stick to the $5000 minimum. You just may need to limit your decorations. We spent our enhancements on the motor coach, Mickey and Minnie, illuminations viewing fees, and very simple centerpieces. We were around $4k in enhancements.

I just noticed you want to use DFAP and still don't want to go over the $5k. That will be much more difficult. I'd suggest seeing if you can use outside photography which can get you more bang for your buck and can be cheaper than DFAP depending who you choose. There are definitely great options for less.

Thank you! She recommended Italy Isola so we shall see as we get closer. She mentioned it's a 30 guests minimum but I don't know because it has food and beverage minimum exclusive of wedding cake so I'm not sure we can make it. We have allocated $20k including honeymoon and travel so I guess I will play with options etc as we get closer to make sure I stay close to min.

So you have pictures of your wedding I can see? I would love to see your reception space as I have considered that area too from Passporters. I think I will need to have some flexibility in my vision if I want Disney to be ultimately my venue.
