Airfare? Does everyone have their or are you waiting?

I hate waiting, I just hate it. So I just bought our 6 tickets for our March trip. $218 on Delta. I like to be right at $200 but these are really good times for us and non stops each way so I decided to just do it. Maybe there will be cheaper flights later that are comparable in departure times/non stops but maybe not. I feel good that they are bought and it makes the trip more real to me! No turning back now!

I got Airtran too! (PHL-MCO)$49 ea way! woo hoo! It seems like as soon as SW put out there new flight info, Airtran lowered their prices:cool1: My friend was so impressed by the free dining and low airfare $$ that she wants me to help her book a Free dining trip;)

OK here is my problem and need some dis insite.

We can book our trip out of ABE to MCO with a layover (but will get to disney by 11:00 a.m.) or we can book our tickets out of Philly to MCO have to do the hour drive and pay for parking.

Should I fly out of ABE (no parking cost) pay for 2 tickets and use mileage for one and pay a total of $450.00 or

Fly out of Philly (pay for parking and gas) pay for 3 tickets on airtran for $400.00.

What should one do.

I got the $49 each way deal from PHL to MCO also. Woohoo!!! So glad I don't have to worry about that anymore.:cheer2: $475.20 for the 4 of us to fly roundtrip in October.

Finally SW opened up fares past Aug.24th.
We live in Denver and SW has the Best Price
and Schedule for going to Orlando.
SW has a NON-Stop which leaves 7:00 am
I like that because I want to get to WDW Early
to start my Vacation.
The best price around here for any airline is $99.00 One Way.
The Average Price is $150.00 one way.
There never seems to be any real good deals to Orlando from
here so I'm happy with what I was able to get.:)

I booked back in Feb. for the way to Orlando with Delta for $97.00 from PDX and after seeing how bad SW rates were for the trip home yesterday I booked with Continental for $165. The rates for the return flight have been high but Continental still had better rates then SW by $200 (there is 5 of us flying) and now my trip is all booked and paid for, all I have left to do is wait.:hourglass :hourglass :surfweb: :surfweb

Why do you have to pay for parking? Aren't you returning the car when you get to the port?

I rented a Chevy Impala from Avis for about $32.00. We drive to the hotel the day before the cruise, use the car for going to dinner that night and return it in the morning and get shuttled to the port.

After the cruise we just do the same thng in reverse. The shuttle was sitting there after our Wonder cruise in August. We were off the ship and at the Avis office within 15 minutes.

Anything out of Ontario Airport for less than $250 rt to Orlando is a good deal. Booked with Delta for $226.50 per ticket. This is an awesome rate. Love Delta as well. SWA just came out with their end of August rates. . .not good enough for me and I HATE SWA. . .just my personal opinion. . .lol

I booked my return flight a couple weeks ago when I found it for $79. It was an evening flight, non stop to Milwaukee.

I was hoping for a better rate for my departure flight. It was $89 for early morning, non stop but I delayed booking. It went up to $99...

I waited for SW to post flights and it was $129 so I decided to book my departure flight for the $99. while I could still get it.

At least I got the times I wanted and they are both non-stop which is awesome!

I'm so jealous... For 3 rt msp/mco in Sept I was able to get 555 for the 3 using NW e-certs of $50 per ticket.. But I want a cheap airline here in Mpls!! I could travel so much more..

I just purchased mine yesterday through AirTran. They didnt have the web special anymore :scared1: and when I checked yesterday, alot of the flights didnt have much left for the days Im traveling. Sooooo I was like OK, time to get these airline tickets before we have to go with someone else or worse, drive! :scared1: :rotfl:

I just bought our tickets yesterday for our September (22-30) trip. I got a little creative for this trip. Flights out of Kansas City are typically a little cheaper and non-stop, so that's what I did. We live in Omaha. Also, we are flying in to Tampa instead of Orlando. The times are better for us, we get in to Tampa at 11am and leave at 7:50pm, which basically gives us two extra days. The flights out of Omaha have serious connections and don't get in until 7pm or later and seemed to all leave before 8am on the last day.

We are flying Midwest Express for $160 RT. If you haven't flown ME, you don't know what your missing. I've never flown into Tampa before but my Garmin software tells me it's about an hour drive to Disney.

The only downside that I see is the 2 1/2 hour drive to KC and the fact that we are going to miss Magical Express. But for Non-Stop flights and first class accomodations and for $50-60/ticket cheaper, I'll take it. The price difference pays for the rental car.

We think Disney does a pretty good job with buses, but we really like the flexibility of a rental car.

Can't wait until the trip!!!!

I booked our flight last Friday. PIT to MCO Aug 8 - 22 for $49.00 each way. Non-stop flights at that!

For the 4 of us, it came to $435.00 That's the best rate I've ever gotten.:goodvibes

Fantastic! What airline? I got $98 roundtrip PIT to MCO August 7-15, but a stop in Atlanta. Your is even better! We are flying Delta.

I was waiting for Southwest to release their rates for our September trip. They did, and they're too high. I booked thru AirTran from MDW to MCO $59+tax each way!!! Yeah! We have never flown AirTran, so I hope they're ok. I've been reading they like to change their flight times a lot, and do not notify people... Hopefully we won't have that.

I finally booked through AirTran too. We aren't going until November, but they took big chunks of available seatings away. I wanted to leave early in ther morning and fly non stop. I wanted to return on the last non stop flight of the day.

I finally booked my tix at $99 departing and $79 returning. They were the times I wanted and non-stop flights. I was hoping the departing flight would come down, but didn't want to take the chance of them going up, so I caved....;)

Doesn't it feel great when you can get that rate???!! We have non-stop flights PHL to MCO for $49 each way with Southwest for our June trip. :woohoo:

I booked today and got roundtrip, direct flights for 268.00 PP through Delta flying from BDL to MCO. We were originally going to fly on a Sunday but by changing to a Monday saved over 150.00 per person. I thought that fare was completely reasonable given it's 8 months out yet.
