Disney Visa 09/28 - 12/23 Code

I just called. I'm bummed, my dates are blacked out (Dec 6th-13). Is anyone else as nervous as me that this week is going to be super crowded,since the blackout dates? Anyway, they did have availability at AKL-savannah view-for the following week (Dec 14-20) but it would only save me about $235 dollars. Not worth the hassle of changing and trying to get new ADRs.. very unhappy camper.

I believe that is POP WARNER week and it is usually blacked out. The same thing happened to us 3 years ago when we booked that week and couldn't get the discount. The parks were not crowded until the evenings when the Pop Warner activities were over.

Nothing available for our trip 11-28 to 12-8. We are at POR. I was offered Yaht (sp?) Club as the only Deluxe available.
CM said there is no VISA code coming...

The vast amount of info and differences is overwhelming. My travel agent told me there were no savings for CSR for 11/30-12/7, but told me I could switch to POR or CBR for $394 savings.

Yea, a lot of this info isn't making any sense..... i just checked POR (since this is where I'm staying), and its still showing availability in rooms.... and it let me apply an online code... so not sure why some people are told they can't get it?

Just got off the phone with TA. Saved $423.00 on our trip. We are staying at POR 11/28-12/06. Thrilled to save anything with the cost of everything going up everyday. yea!!

I just got off the phone. The CM told me there was no availability at any of the 23 resorts for Dec. 6 to 14th (which is supposed to be blackout dates). She also told me the code I'm giving her is for phone bookings only. I used UVL for the deluxe dining package. She told me I needed another code for the internet bookings. Anyone have this code?

She told me she could rebook my room at Pop (the room I already have) using the internet code.

I know, right? It's almost as if everyone is using different codes.

Well, the code didn't help me either. None of the resorts I wanted were available for my dates. (Oct.23-26). However since it's an anniv. trip for just me and dh, I moved from OKW studio to a king room at POR and upgraded to deluxe dining for the same price. I'm still kinda bummed I couldn't get a deluxe, but dh will love the ddp.

Yea, there's different codes.... the ones by phone are DGL (no dining), or QXD (basic dining)

See, this confuses me even more, lol..... we're staying POR 11/28 - 12/06 also, yet I saved a different amount than you did?

Doesnt look like any DV code coming out. CM said they received a memo that since its the same as the GP, it wont be coming out.

This morning I had a hold time of 1 hour and 15 minutes...my question is NOT that important for another 1 hour wait.
BTW, calling Grand Gathering number. That made a difference this am...it was longer.

I didn't use it but I think it is UVL (umbrella, victory, liberty)

I spoke with my TA at AAA at 9:45 this morning. She said she had been on hold with Disney for me since she got in at 9 am and would call me as soon as she was done with them. I haven't heard from her yet...
