I got home from work today to find my DH had put my package on the kitchen counter. HURRAH hurrrah hurrah. Great joy and excitement and a little pout from my DD as her package isn't here yet. I took a wee moment to be kind and supportvie and solicitous to her, then gave it up and gave her a little neener neener neener action too.
My lovely and far too generous gifter sent me, in no particular order.
1). A light up mickey snowglobe glitter pumpkin head. It is cute and super festive. It alternates colors, orange, purple, green and blue. I spent a bit of time admiring it, then had to inform my DD, that no, it didn't belong in her room.
2). A candy fortune telling kit. Plan to play with it after dinner, have to eat my veggies first you know.
3) 2 packs of glow sticks. Now I ask you, who doesn't like glow sticks?
4) a book called Frightfully Fun Halloween Crafts and Cookbook. How perfect is that, I am crafty you know? I now want to have a party so I can freeze a latex glove fun of juice to float in my punch bowl!!
5).candles and 2 votive holders, black with a skull spooky pirate motif.
6). Disney sticker book. My Dd's small Christian school doesn't do the pagan ness of Halloween, I am so putting some on her paper snack bags!!! I am such the rebel.
7) A TIgger button, going on my doctor's coat at work!!
Okay, so I am all joyful and snowglobe admiring, and open the card, and my gifter has gone above and beyond, I am humbled by her generousity. She sent me a $25 disney gift card.
Okay, so I know you are all reading this and thinking, gee, wish that person had my name, I love snowglobes, I could become crafty, ewww I love pirate things, or fill in your own thoughts!!! But I am guessing that the question uppermost in all minds is, who sent this bountiful box of goodness.
Well, If anyone knows, can she tell me??
My card was unsigned!!! (had a nice note, just no signature)
So, thank you, too generous, love it all, thank you!!!
