Sister Eve of the Apple. It's not dirty. It's just a reference to Eve biting the apple.

Perhaps "Sister Eva D'Adam's Apple" would be better.

Also, Sister Bertha Sin. He wants me to take Sister Eve Angelica, the Mistress of the Holy Tabernacle.

Playing around yesterday at work while bored, I also came up with:
