It's Back-January Trip-A-Day Contest!

Crazy isn't it?

Early this morning i could not even get on the Disney contest site at all. I tried again a few minutes ago and was able to enter with no issues.

Come on Disney! we should all get a free trip with all the frustration we have been going through to enter this contest!
 
As I said earlier I got the error message maximum attempts. I tried a number of times and got it each time. I then tried on my smartphone and got the same message.

I am getting an error message for two days now. Even when I use different computers on different internet providers.
 
add me to the list of entering problems too! ugh.... haven't read thru whole thing, any winners post here yet??
 
No enter button on the English site so I clicked the Spanish button. Entered there without any problem.
 
Today I tried to enter the first time, and No Bueno :rotfl2: So I went to the Spanish site which is what I normally end up doing. Yesterday I was actually able to enter in English. Most days my husband never has any problems :confused3
 
I couldn't enter yesterday at all. :sad1:

First there was no enter button. Then it let me log in and click enter but gave me an error message and didn't complete. Tried on work computer, home computer, home and iPad and nothing worked. Hopefully I will have better luck today.

I got an email from Disney Insider this morning, advertising the contest.
So for giggles I clicked on the link from my smartphone, and I was able to enter no problem.

I was going to go up to the site from my laptop and see if I have an enter button or if it lets me try again. but I decided Pixie Dust is on my side this morning. I'm gonna "LET IT GO....LET IT GO"

and move on with my day. Would be nice to have a phone call or email about my win toda, but I'll be patient and wait. Good things do come to those that wait. So I heard. If this is true, I've got a really great thing coming.

Same! This is the first day I've had a problem. Guess I'll try at home later today. I was hoping that by having max number exceeded, it meant I had already won and I'd get a call soon. Nope, just busted site. Bummer.
 
No issues today on entering! :cool1: I'm really hoping someone on here will win soon! Obviously I want that person to be me...
 
Mine today came up with thank you for entering

then right below it said there was a problem with your submission.:confused3

I went back in to try again and received the maximum submissions reached message. So I think I'm entered for today :confused:

Call me suspicious, but is it possible that someone is hacking the website to eliminate 95% of people trying to enter? It seems like only a few people can. Disney websites are terrible, so I wouldn't be surprised to see that someone can actually hack their website!!

Given Disney's reputation for lousy IT systems, and my own experience I've had with it through the years, I'm going with the obvious. No need to consider alternate theories.
 
Is there a place where disney posts who the winners are? It seems the email for the winners may come from an email that some may not think is for the competition but it is spam. Not saying i would win, but it would be terrible for someone to actually win but never know it.

As I mentioned, I do think Disney has a terrible IT system. Their website is not functioning properly half the time.
The reason I mentioned it is that DH is an IT professional and he has to fix hackings to websites at least once or twice a month. It is more common than most people think.
