I use mypoints and earn 2 points per dollar spent on Disney Gift Card purchases from Target. You can cash in your mypoints for Target cards. It takes 30 days for Target purchases to post to your account though.

So, say you bought $500-600 in Disney gc's from Target. How many points would you end up with then and need to cash in for a Target gc from mypoints?

Minnieinnie, I found that step very annoying too, lol! Really a small little thing, but just annoying how it slows you down, lol!

I see a few people talking about giftcardzen. Is this considered a legit gc site to purchase cards, by those here on the boards? I was just looking and there is one Target card there, been for about 10 min, with 5% discount crossed out and 10% over it, an $86.87 card for $78.18. It's the only card listed there and it's being there so long seems odd to me. Just checked again, lol, while writing. Part of me wonders if I missed a good deal, part of me worries if gcz is okay to buy from, lol. I don't really worry much about buying from Raise. I think I also bought from cardcash(?) once. Basically looking for some thoughts from experts here on GiftCardZen, thanks!

You can try but I have tried this a couple of times years ago and was always denied since there was no tracking ticket. Never hurts to ask though. You would just submit all the same info you normally would for a missing cash back claim.

You might want to check the categories that Ebates is giving for Amazon purchases these days. It is not on all purchases, and fairly limited categories. The normal stuff I buy rarely fits in the categories that Ebates is rebating on Amazon. No sense in going to the trouble of asking them to credit something they wouldn't have done so even if you had remembered before the purchase.

Well, I thought it said women/girls clothes, and it was a woman's sweatshirt. Hmm, I bought a picture frame last night, and it shows a shopping trip but no cash back yet. Well, maybe I'll just fill out a 'where's my cash' form and see what happens. Thanks, Narnia_girl!

Ah, okay! Thanks, fitnessmouse! Actually just refreshed their page and the 5%'s that were crossed out with 10% written over it, are now all back down to 5%. Was this the last night of the sale? Now I'm like, ah, I shoulda bought! Have you bought from them before?

$47.50 Disney GC purchse (w/ RedCard discount) = 95 points
$95 Disney GC purchase = 190 points

Also, I've been combining my smaller denomination target cards purchased from Raise, etc. by purchasing a large Target eGift Cards and earning mypoints that way too. I also buy from other sites via mypoints if their offer is higher than ebates or swagbucks.

Points needed to cash in for Target eGift card:
1750 = $10
4000 = $25
7800 = $50

I've never been to Disneyland before in all my twenty years. At my third year at a university in So-Cal, I figured there is no better time than now to finally hop on this bandwagon. I came across this forum while searching for deals on Disneyland tickets, because holy **** on toast, this place is so expensive. Plus, I also want to take my twin sister along, since she's also never been here and she's planning to visit me in a few months. I've been backtracking and still could not see the full detail of the "churning" process. Could someone please kindly explain this seemingly alleged magic called "churning"? I have Target Red Card, use eBay occasionally, and am completely clueless about anything Disneyland related, so please don't use too much acronyms. How much would I save buying the tickets this way (say, I have 1000 to spare)? Thank you in advance.

I just bought my first batch from GCZ the other day, it was fine! It was a large card, $1300-ish, so I was nervous but the 10% off was too tempting to pass up. The card info was delivered quickly (unlike Gift Card Rescue, which finally released a card 4 days after I ordered it!) and it worked just fine. If they have another big sale on, don't be afraid to grab them!!

It's not for the faint of heart, so if you're motivated enough to do it, you should be motivated enough to go back far enough in this thread to see how it's done. In fact, it's probably been explained 4-5 times in the past month alone, so you don't even have to go back that far.

This is what I do...

1) Buy discounted Target gift cards from Raise, etc, using a portal like Swagbucks, TCB or Sunshine Rewards....
2) Go through MyPoints to "buy" (combine) a Target gift card and earn MyPoints...
3) Go through EBates to buy the Disney gift cards (and a ruler!) from Target...

The MyPoints do not add up real quick, but they are the only way I know that you can earn points by merely combining your smaller denomination Target cards into one larger one.

I agree with PerfessorZ on this. We're all willing to help someone with specific questions, but asking members to re-post information that has been shared multiple times is a bit lazy. If you aren't willing to put the effort into looking for it, then you probably aren't going to be willing to put the effort into what it takes to churn the cards.

Let's put it this way: If it automatically credits, you will have your points. If you have to submit a trouble ticket, then they probably will not award you the points.

Just a heads up target on1/13/16 changed it terms and conditions .scroll down to limitations on quantity and read .They told me after 1 hour and 3 supervisors I can no longer shopping on line only in store. They told me that I bought too many gift cards.and said I was a Reseller.

So i can never buy online anymore. Only in stores. Which is kinda difficult for me. What the heck am I going to do with 2k+ in Target cards

I can see this happening to more of us!
It seems ridiculous to me, because you can still go in the stores and buy as many as you want. Or, am I missing something? I do realize that you won't get the 5% paying with gift cards in store.

I don't think that's what it is. I have a usa address and also bankaccount for the red card. I've been a Target online customer for over 10 years and have in the past ordered lots of other stuff besides gift cards. This really stinks

All orders get cancelled immediately. Usually it says processing and takes a couple hours or days to cancel. But know everything gets cancelled witin seconds of placing the order so I called and was basically told the same thing as @chmasy
