Southwest Disney Park Ticket Offer....

I can't seem to purchase the park tickets without the air, hotel and car rental. How do I purchase the tix alone?

Go under "activities" rather than "flight/hotel/etc." - it is the circle you can choose right underneath. Also, if you want to be able to link to MDE right away, leave the dates they have now or put a date in that is in a few weeks. That way they send the barcode with numbers to link in the email you get the day after purchase.
 
Wow, I was so blind. I finally found it using the find function even though you wrote the info above. I have never seen that circle button before. I need to purchase immediately as my FP+ pics start on Nov 1.
 
Not a problem - once you purchase, you willl get two emails, and then a third the next morning. The last one has the Disney reservation number. I bought Monday, linked tickets this morning and was able to make FP right away. As long as dates you put in are in the next few weeks(I put 10/31-11/6) you will get the Itinerary email with code to be able to link in plenty of time for your date.

Sounds like it may have been a glitch in the beginning and the package was the way that the discount was intended to be offered. Sad for those who waited. I know that I had messaged my brother about them but he was going to wait to see how big his end-of-year bonus was going to be, since the website showed the offer being good until Nov. 30.
 


I was going to purchase it at 12:40am today after staying up so late. However, I was too sleepy to go get my credit card because I could not find that activity button. So I woke up this morning at 6am and purchased them. I received my Southwest customer & reservation confirmation email. I have not received my third email. If they cancel on me, I will be quite upset. I am using SW to fly on this WDW trip. However, my hotel is my DVC.

If you previously saved the tickets you wanted in your southwest vacations account, you may still be able to book it. I had the tickets saved but was waiting to buy in case a better deal came along. After I read on here that the deal was no longer available, I logged into my account. To my surprise, my tickets were still saved and I was able to check out 6 MYW base tickets for $1507.

The 3 times I bought tickets-only on this deal, I got the 3rd email with Disney numbers the following day, at 10:15am.

I left the dates as the default early-November ones for each

I bought my two tickets yesterday around 10AM, and am eagerly awaiting 10:15 to roll around to see if I get my conf #'s as I haven't received the 3rd email either! Worried they'll cancel on me!

I was going to post the same thing. I had saved it in my cart at home. Too sleepy so didn't buy it. When I checked at work, it was no longer available. When I got home, it was still in the cart so I bought it. They sent me the confirmation email, but I had put in a later date. So, I cannot link it to DME yet. Make sure to check your cart to see if you had already saved it in there.
 
I had 1 person left in my Sept 2017 party who needed a ticket, and was slow to respond to my nudging on this deal...

Yesterday I offered to buy it for them if they'd paypal me back in the next few weeks, and they agreed... then I found out the deal for tickets-only was removed earlier that day. XD

Oh well.

The 2nd had a reservation number and the 3rd was the travel itinerary and has a section which stated that upon arrival, our will call ticket can be picked up at any of the ticket sales locations at WDW. Should I be expecting another one?

The Disney reservation number is 12-digit alphanumeric.

When you get them from Southwest Vacations depends on what dates you had entered when you purchased them. They send the code to you 60-65~ days before your selected travel dates. If those travel dates were within the next 60 days, you should get the code the following morning after your purchase.

There should be a "Disney Reservation Number". Mine started with an "L".
 
My email subject from Southwest says:

Provider Change Travel Itinerary

I thought it was to cancel my PH tix. It was my Disney barcode with the MARR#. I had bought DVC AP passes last week from MS. I was given MARR# for those as well. I will put in MDE soon!!
 
Sick to my stomach that I didn't jump on this faster. The experation date made me take my time. I know better than that. Just feel sick about it.
