So excited! This is my first DVC contract. (Plan to add more over time.) I've stayed at quite a few Deluxe resorts, but the 1 bedroom villa at Bay Lake has always been my favorite.

Congrats! Seems like it's the Feb. UYs they want. They must have a long wait list for Feb. points.

I'll be interested to see if your new one passes. I seen a few OKW get taken so I was a little nervous but now relieved!!! We can breath again!! Good luck!

Celebrating! So excited. This is an add-on to and existing 160 at VGC, for which we paid direct quite a bit less not long after it went on sale. I bet it's not often that a timeshare owner says that, LOL. Anyway, they seem to be sticking to a pretty nice 2 week or so turn around time. I'm hoping to get estoppel quickly to get this baby closed Point breakdown above is 6 2015 points banked (so I'll probably end up not being able to use those) and 160 2016 points banked into 2017.

Sorry, I thought I did this a while back. I guess I did it incorrectly. My AKV contract closed on 1/31. So from offer on 1/5 to close on 1/31, 26 days. I can't believe how fast this went.
