This times 1000. I'm a yes no too. I was 3 months pregnant with my 3rd when we were in Disney. My morning sickness wasn't terrible but it was bad enough.I'm going to sound like I'm saying yes and no.
I'm with the ppl saying to just keep trying bc you never know how long it may take.
On the other hand, the first 4 months of both of my pregnancies I felt so sick. I could barely suffer through sitting at work all day, nevermind walk all over WDW. Not everyone gets sick like that (or has significant food aversions and constantly feels exhausted) and I certainly didn't expect it, but it is not how I'd want to spend a WDW vacation.
In the end, the decision is yours obviously.
Tattylou is absolutely correct. I had an awful, dreadful pregnancy that included multiple hospitalizations. Other people have easy pregnancies. You just never know. The exhaustion and nausea can be unbelievable.I'm going to sound like I'm saying yes and no.

I planned my pregnancies around vacations, weddings, etc. because I was still young (27 with my first, 30 with my second failed one, and 31 with the last). For someone that has less time left biologically, I can see why that may not work.
It might not even work well for someone who is supposed to have lots of time left biologically. I had no idea both of my tubes were blocked by age 26 (It takes a lot to get them to do invasive testing on a young otherwise healthy person). It took years of trying to identify and finally treat the problem. Anyone who is able to pick and choose if and when to become pregnant is truly fortunate.
