Yes, but the difference is Paul tells the players to their face how he feels and what he wants -- and that's what we liked about him last season. Cody is a big phony when he puts on that smile and willing behavior -- then shows the dark side in the DR. Personally, I think Paul's comments in the DR are (for the most part) hilarious when he calls out the players for being so dumb! He was a riot when they didn't put him back on the block -- he was rightfully flabbergasted they blew that opportunity to backdoor him! And Jess blew a major opportunity last week when she listened to Cody instead of her own instincts! Remember, the before Cody got voted out he never shared anything with anyone, including those in his alliance, about his plans to backdoor Paul and it blew up in his face!

That's very true about Jessica's hoh week, what a waste for her. I just don't know how she ever thought by her not going after Paul that he would somehow not go after them. So weird.

I read your comment and disagree. I'm not trying to "make" these comments into anything that they aren't. Several people have pointed out the "coupling up" behavior of participants and expressed disappointment in the women only.

Whether you agree or not, to me that is female shaming. If the behavior is shameful, disappointing, or however else it's been described then it is equally so for all involved.

I agree, I've been reading the same thing and each time am saying my head....ummm what about the men, why should only the women be ashamed, why only their families be embarrassed. Unfortunately it's still a large part of our culture, but yes that has definitely been the sentiment in this thread for most of the posts about the hooking up in the house.

True but at that point they were still trying to get back in the good graces of everyone. Had they nominated Paul instead of Ram, that would have eliminated that possibility.

I mean how much worse could it seriously be for them? There really was no chance of them and Paul teaming up, and since the others are literally just an extension of Paul's game, I'm not sure what she was thinking or hoping for, either way it was a total waste for her.

Cody has been shown to be phony and calm and "courteous" many times to many players, than goes in the DR and laughs and makes fun of the fact they believed that he even cared. I pity his daughter -- his behavior is bipolar and he needs help.

As someone who is actually married to a man with Bipolar Disorder, I do not get a bipolar vibe from Cody at all. He may have PTSD. I'd say he's antisocial overall and maybe a loner. Trust me, that is very different than Bipolar.

Yep, someone who really doesn't have numbers and isn't much of a threat and pretty much goes with the house instead of playing her own game. She even broke it off with Mark to stay under the radar. Seems like a wise choice to get her out over a stronger player. Josh is just an idiot. I think that is one thing that all the Paul fans vs Cody fans can agree on!

He can say he's back dooring her, But we all know, Paul is making the ultimate decision because Josh is a man child who does Paul's dirty work. So no, I don't believe Elena will be evicted.

Very true! I don't either. I told dh last night that Paul basically just won HOH again since we all know Josh is nothing but his puppet. It would be pretty awesome if Josh actually could function with his own brain instead of Paul's and made some kind of crazy move that shocked everyone but I figure it'll either be Cody and Jessica on the block or Cody and Mark. Either way, I am sure Cody is a given unless he can win veto or temptation challenge. And I hope he does! I couldn't stand Cody or Jessica initially but after watching the horrible adult bullying going on I hope they stay longer now. I thought they handled this past week waaaaayyy better than I probably would have!

Honestly backdooring Elena is such a non move, but it's Josh so makes sense. Josh is also going to make Jessica, Elena, Mark and Matt have nots. He is not making Cody a have not to keep him away from Jessica at night (although Cody can sleep in there anyway), also Cody doesn't care about being on slop. They are putting Matt in there to keep an eye on them so they can't conspire at night, another reason why Cody will not be put on slop. Raven told Matt he has to stay up until he's sure they are all asleep because he has to make sure they aren't talking. By the way, do you all know Raven got a free from slop pass or whatever it's called for the season.

Also, Mark will now be on slop for 4 weeks. I think that is why he looks so out of it. They really should have a rule someone can only be on slop for a certain amount of weeks.

I can't believe anyone is defending Paul and his mob menatality. I have never seen Cody loses his temper or attack others. Yes he he stood up to Paul when he thought Jessica a had been wronged. In fact I think he seems pretty calm and collected considering he's constantly attacked. Yes he told Megan he put her on lock because he didn't like her. He didn't go after her every day.

I think he might be after Elena bc she voted to evict him. She was purposely left out of the lets blindside Jessica plan and he hid out for the week (per Paul's instruction) so he didn't campaign to her. That was her defense when they talked about this in the store room last night.

Raven won the slop pass in a comp. it was one of those take this prize but you can't win the comp options.
