After 2 hours and 40 minutes of constant re-dialing, I finally got through and am now on hold! I have never been so happy to be on hold, in my life!

I will say it is nice to know that I am not alone in this. I am very grateful for this board!

If you are asking about the regular DCL 1-800 number then, yes. That is what I am hold with now. The CC number kept tricking me and asking me to put in my CC number and then would sound the busy tone again.

It's so much easier to be on hold then trying to constantly re-dial because of the busy tone. Now, I am currently at work, on hold.

If you are asking about the regular DCL 1-800 number then, yes. That is what I am hold with now. The CC number kept tricking me and asking me to put in my CC number and then would sound the busy tone again.

After 3 hours (literally exactly 3 hours - called at 8:00, CM picked up at 11:00!) was able to get through. Quick call as I was looking for a specific cabin on a specific date/cruise, and it was still available.

3 hrs, 30 minutes....and still a busy signal. Reached the CC number twice with the same results as others have experienced....input CC # and then busy signal. Soul crushing! I'm sticking to the main number.

Sorry, think you're right on the time, I'm losing it listening to this busy tone!

Got through as far as the options twice within the last half hour but keep getting cut off when choosing European cruises unfortunately.
