I love credit cards so much!

That's so odd on all accounts, and sorry you haven't seen DH's points. I did get points pending so I think it worked. It's supposed to be tied to the approval so I'd have thought you'd see points on his CSR now too. The only thing I can think for the payment is try to pay it from your checking account, instead of setting it up from Chase. I have no idea how to actually do that though :) I only pay my utilities from my checking account bill pay because they charge fees for CC payments. But I know other people have figured it out.
Yay for your points! I will be surprised if I come out of this without further damage. I am such a rule follower that this situation is just so demoralizing. Caught with my hand in the cookie jar.

Since hubby's surgery is this Friday my brain will not comprehend trying to figure out how to push the payment. I have much more important things to do.....like reading this board! :D

Oh gosh. I did a $5 cash back for Walgreens a couple of months ago. I thought it went back on the card. Now I’m second guessing. Thanks for the feedback about the wallet. If it somehow managed to work I’ll go there to move the money to PayPal,

:rotfl:I wondered if anyone would catch my Outlander reference. Dinna fash about the Plane Princess. I think he harbors a secret crush on Claire. We are all entitled to our book boyfriends or book girlfriends. :P

I caught it, too, but I'm not a fan. Not sure why - it just didn't pull me in like some other stories. But when we were at Clava Cairns last month our tour guide said he finds sometimes finds tourist standing in front of the big standing stone there, touching it and hoping they will be transported back in time.

My 1st and only cash out was for $17. I currently have $55 pending on my account. Once it clears, I’ll move it to PayPal. I personally wouldn’t let it build up but would move it as the money clears.

I have cashed out as little as $2 to my PayPal account. There does not seem to be a minimum.

It showed $27 from my last trips and just tried to cash out, had to log in and told me I didn't have enough. I think I hit Facebook to log in and I went back it showed $0 so that was my issue. Used email and was able to cash out the balance. It was in paypal within a minute which is nice.

I just started my 5th re-read of the series LOL I wouldn't be travel hacking it it weren't for that series come to think of it. It was what made me fall in love with Scotland and instilled that burning desire to visit the country.

Ok so here is my photographic exercise in wishful thinking at Clava Cairns.

So how does RMN give me the cash back? I'm setting up an account right now. Does it go back on my card? I read something about PayPal but it isn't asking for an account there. And how does it know that I spent the money there? So confused.

ETA - I'm online reading but it just doesn't seem like it will work. I guess I'll give it a try and see what happens.
It will use Pay Pal to pay whatever email you used to set up the RMN account. If you have PayPal already set up with a different email, go into your Pay Pal account and add the email your RMN account is registered to.

It goes back on your card. You have to link a credit card on RMN. Then once you charge one of the RMN offers on your linked card it triggers the cash back to your card. I don’t think you have to use PayPal. I’m not sure what that’s about.
The app specifically says for cash back you must use Pay Pal 2F3917AD-1C4E-434D-A877-CF7E74BE3C7C.png

So long Citi Prestige - thanks for $900 worth of value from your sign-up! Unfortunately your $450 annual fee will not allow me to continue in our relationship lol. I feel strangely satisfied after cancelling cards - like I'm cleaning things up, lol.

Finally caught up! Way behind on the burger conversation, but we ate at In-n-out and Jack in the box for the first time last year. My son ranked his favorite fast food burgers as Wendy, InO and JIB. Though my California friend says that JIB is not for burgers it is for tacos. I have never heard of shake shack or Culvers, I think we have eaten at Steak n Shake once long time ago and I believe we may have had Whataburger on a trip, but don't remember it. I don't like 5 guys but I am not sure my DS has had it.

And I could not finish Outlander. Read the first book and got about 1/4 way into 2nd before I just stopped.

Great pics! I love it!

Our guide said that they think that particular stone was split by lightening ages ago. It's such a fascinating place. We really, really enjoyed our one day in Scotland and I hope we get the chance to go back some day - for a longer visit. It's such a beautiful place with so much history.

I have a friend right now who is in Scotland now after only discovering Outlander this year. I couldn’t believe she had never read it before. I started Outlander and then the series. when it first came out (working at library while in school and came across it). It was good that when I met my non travel loving husband he was ok with going to Scotland. He just assumed it was because of my maiden name. Little did he know...

Seriously though my somewhat secret 5 year travel plan is to get us to Scotland again with points/miles. It is one country I need to revisit. If DH wants to bring the girls that works, if not I am good with that too. I just want to go back! :)

I'm glad you posted this because we assumed the money was just put back on our credit card. Dh added my email address to his Paypal account.
