In line, we started talking to a family. This was there first ride and the little girl was scared. I told her how much I like it and I am a true ride chicken. We told her to close her eyes if something wasn’t to her liking. Her mom was worried about motion sickness. I told her it helps to focus on one thing if she has a problem. I was going to tell her, one of my Dis friends rode it and she is a huge chicken!! Looking at you Jenny, haha
We had a wonderful ride and the mom and daughter loved it! A few scenes were a little intense per mom but overall, they said it was amazing!
That's good they enjoyed it! A little girl was carried out crying after the ride during my trip, yikes!
l. Just when I was thinking, this Safari is not to exciting, the lions started roaring! It was so cool! They were really active and the male was really making so much noise. It was a first for us! I’m really glad we experienced this.
That is so cool! I have never done the safari in the evening, I hear the male roars only twice per day so that is so lucky!
I tried the Annapurna Zing. I was channeling @kastoney Kari! I normally do not care much for Gin but this was really good. The combination of the passion fruit purée, lime, mint, and ginger beer worked well together. I let Andi try it and she liked it as well. She may have just liked it because it had alcohol in it.
Everything sounds great to me except the ginger beer, but I might have to give that a try anyways sometime. I love that passion fruit is everywhere at Disney, it is not easy to get in MN but so tasty!
We had to get the awesome house made churros. These are amazing. Try them if you can!! So delicious with the two sauces. A vanilla cream and chili strawberry one. Yummy!
I've seen a lot of reviews on these churros, I really need to try them! Looks so delicious!
My mom is coming to stay with me on Monday for a couple weeks. I am hoping to update as much as I can but it maybe less. I would like to give a little pre trip update for our March trip. I will do that soon. I have never had a TR still going on when I left for another trip.
That is great you will get to have some family time, no worries about posting at all.
We had FP scheduled this am for FEA, SE, and Nemo. Frozen was our first ride and Andi refused to go on.
She is a stubborn girl and got wet the last couple times and wasn’t having anything to do with it.
I went on by myself and really enjoyed it. I think it is a very cute ride and I didn’t get wet!
That is too funny! We got soaking wet on our butts the first time we rode Frozen, but have only gotten a little sprinkle since! I remember I was wearing khaki shorts and I had to tie my sweatshirt around my waist.
It was time for SE. I love this ride and will really miss it as it gets a huge refurbishment! I hope it will be as awesome as its former self!
So sad to see SE closed for a long time. Hopefully it will be worth the wait! Disney needs more people eater rides with short wait times like SE!

This did not happen because a very loud family moved into the 1 bedroom next to us. Now, I don’t mind a little excitement and playing around but this was ridiculous. The kids were screaming at the top of their lungs, jumping on furniture, banging the furniture into the walls and pounding on our door, which was attached to their room. This was really bad. We went over and asked them to bring it down some and this did not work at all. We decided to just leave, we couldn’t take it and there was no way we would get a nap in today. This was really frustrating to both of us. We cherish our afternoon chill time and that was impossible now.
That really stinks how your neighbors can ruin your trip! We swore off POP because we were by such noisy people for both stays. I know it can happen anywhere but it definitely sours the experience a lot! We are light sleepers so even people just talking in the room can get to us sometimes.
We left Epcot and walked around the BC area, we ended up playing ping pong for a little while. Spoiler, we both suck at it. Haha
I have always considered sports like that to be cardio, since you run after the ball so much!
I went online and was able to book a room at CSR for tonight. The price was not bad and absolutely 100% worth it to me. We both felt so relieved
and it made the early morning more enjoyable.
Thank goodness! 100% worth it, vacation should be relaxing and not torture!
We were very close to the giant “Woody”
believe me we heard many comments about Woody this morning from people waiting by us! We just called them freaks under our breath!
I'm too innocent, I never thought along those lines, what freaks!
Andi and I were the second group on the ride this morning. We do love this ride. Andi got the best in vehicle, hour, and day, she was stoked! Don’t tell her it was only 7:15, haha
I still don't know how she does it, I looked up the things to aim for this time and did worse than when I didn't know about them!
We decided to do ToT first. It was a great drop sequence. We enjoyed it!
Front row middle, the best spot! Cute sweaters, I think I have the same one as Andi!
I noticed more things this time and we had a different seat position in the vehicle. This really allows you to have a new experience.
I was in the back left the first time and missed so much compared to when I was on the right side the second time! Front row seems the best, but I will have to wait til a future trip to see!
I love the Muppets! It is a show not a ride that is the difference.
