Oh snap, good to know, thank you!!! I never hit "back", I always just restarted the process from the homepage to try again. I will try your method :)
I've tried 15 times now, still all I'm seeing is dwarves errors. Last time I called a week ago to add a reservation w/ borrowed points even the member services person had to call their IT support because it glitched on their end too. It should not be this hard to make a reservation.....
 
Got through a little before 10am Eastern and was able to modify/swap my rez for the 7 month window. Huzzah!
Logged in to my dashboard, viewed my plans and expanded the rez I wanted to change, and there was a link to modify it.

Why are some getting in and some not? Already cleared cache and try different browsers. No joy.

You don't think these idiots are limiting the number of simultaneous logins?

Now that would be an epic new feature.
 
I wonder if the borrowing restriction they implemented messed up their system. Maybe they're looking to roll those restrictions back?
 
I've got balloons on my Chrome Incognito and Olaf on the Firefox Private window. No love for me today so far.
 
I logged out and unable to log back in. Getting Olaf's now.

I do need to add someone to a reservation but the modify button was missing for me.

Oh well.
 
Anyone know if they’re able to book on the phone? I need to book a cash stay. Already on hold just wondering if my waiting will get me anywhere lol.
 
And now I'm logged in, went back to the homepage and the booking feature is completely gone! Go to the dashboard, it's not there anymore either. I'm just gonna let this lie for a few hours and let them play with the site. Hopefully they're still actively working on it and the bugs get squashed afterall...

I believe that’s probably the case. I can’t imagine them intentionally removing functionality. Do they ever release patch notes on what was actually done?
 
I still cannot get in, but will try again later. Coincidentally (or not) I received an eerily similar planned downtime notice from my insurance provider today. Similar timeframes, outage of online and phones.
 
I got on briefly and checked my points, but couldn’t go to dashboard. Got the gateway error, taking too long to load. Never made it to planning link.
