I need to learn how to do this. Use CIC to buy Visa cards at Staples, get 5x UR, transfer to CSP and redeem at 1.25 for PYB? Can I ask if your school uses FACTs for tuition? I have one school using that and the other only allows ACH from checking.

You got it! Yes, we use FACTS. My school takes any CCs whereas I think others do not. It is super simple in FACTS.

I have to find all my Menards receipts for the 11%, I've spent a bit there the past month. New house has me at Home Depot, Lowe's and Menard's multiple times in a week. HD is closest but my least favorite. I like Menard's best, selection and quirkiness. Thursday I dropped DS at soccer, drove slightly south to HD, couldn't find what I needed, hopped on the tollway which runs next to HD and drove north to hit Menard's. Found something that would work, took pics to discuss with DH. Back south to soccer field, big loop. Today we drove past Menard's to get to Lowe's because I have a $75 credit there. Of course they did not have what I needed but they do have a grill we could use for $75 off but it wouldn't fit in the car with the stuff we ended up back at Menard's buying.

Seriously sorry about your storm damage. Awful. As for refi, if you're working with a banker (actual person) you can ask them if it would hurt to apply. Otherwise as soon as it's complete, go for it. We just closed on a new house/mortgage 8/13, I applied for a new CSP during the process. Mortgage banker told me it was ok, but I'd have to sign a letter saying I opened a new account and the balance was xxx. In actuality, they never asked. I know my credit was checked twice before I applied for CSP and I was expecting them to pull it again right before closing but they never did.

We haven't traveled much thru the pandemic....I had lots of UR points,and used PYB for many things I wanted/needed at home in the meanwhile..... also offset the groceries for months cost,and used that extra $ to pay down my mortgage,so I found PYB very valuable! I also decided to hang onto a chunk for (hopefully) future travel use b/c that's just what makes me happy.... But being able to pay down our mortgage to almost $0 is more thrilling to me at the moment and PYB was a big part of that plan for us.
 
We were supposed to go to our remy preview tomorrow at Epcot but I think we might stay home. I’ve been reading reports of the wait times being up to 50 minutes to ride the ride and there’s no way Ds will wait that long. I’m confused why it’s such a long wait for the preview. Our spot isn’t until 4 pm so the crepes won’t be available either. Seems like a waste of our time to drive over
