Disney's Club Level (CL) Information & Questions

Well, I’ve come to the conclusion if I’m going to have to sleep in those rooms with the mask wall decals staring at me while I sleep… they might as well go ALL-IN with the theme when it comes to CL and have a little fun. Elasta-Mac n’ Cheese… Edna Pie a la Mode…. Jack-Jack PB&J Bites…. The “Frozone” exclusive purple welcome beverage…. Dash Snack Mix. The possibilities seem endless.

Of course it will be an Incredi-View of fireworks from the lounge too.

Sorry, feeling some kind of salty Disney way today. I’ll see myself out. :-)
I kinda like that Frozone idea :drinking1

Yes, I just saw this pop up. It is 3 course menu, reservations are for Oct. 3rd and beyond and it does state limited time 3 course menu, so is this an experiment? Who knows. No prices so it's not really clear if you can ONLY get this and they will have al la carte too? It looks like the regular menu they have now so I'm guessing the 3 course meal is going to be at least $100. That grand mariner souffle sounds awesome, I just want that! Reservations start Sept. 23rd..... set your alarm @GADisneyDad14 :thumbsup2
That soufflé is amazing!

I think there's only 5? regular rooms that face the BW (I assume we are talking CL here). Other than that, you will face either the inner courtyard and quite pool or EP. That's one thing about BWI, I don't think there are any "bad" room views here.
There are only 8 Standard rooms that overlook the BW. This is one of the reasons they kept switching between a BW view being a separate booking category over the years. When the BWI opened the standard CL rooms could be any view but you could request a BW view. Then they made the few BW view rooms a higher booking category.

There are 5 Deluxe rooms on the 4th floor and 5 more on the 3rd floor with CL access. Also don't forget the 14 Cottages in the inner courtyard have CL access.

Just a side note the 4 Standard CL rooms: 4201, 4203, 4209, 4211 that overlook Epcot are above a loading dock area that is often used for the convention center and may be noisier than the BW view rooms when trucks are backing due to the backup "beep" alarms early in the morning.

I thought they stopped separating them again between standard and BW view pre-covid. So they're back to separating standard and BW view?

I have my December 2022 room booked too! Was able to get a 50% cast discount on that one. We are going the 6th to the 13th to celebrate my 70th birthday!

YEAH!!!:yay: Looks like a Lizard Lounge meet!

My dearest Kerry, early yesterday I booked BWI CL for the holidays🎅🏼🧑🏼‍🎄!!!
We’ll be there 7th-15th in Deluxe room. Will call and request lounge floor, sure they’ll accommodate us seniors.

BTW, anyone else going to be there during those dates?
Going to make Kerry’s 70th a blast!🥳🤩🥰🍰🎂🎆

Funny. No worries with me and this one, it’s a pass for me. I’m normally a ‘roll with the Disney changes’ kind of person, but why do they have to go and mess with arguably my favorite restaurant on property? Hopefully you can still roll up and sit at the bar?

In other news, kids, get off my lawn.

Can I be salty too lol? This fixed menu business is a bit much. CG is perfect as is. Sometimes I like several apps and not an entree and desserts are for sharing! I hope this isn’t forever.

Disney trying to make up for lost revenue and staff shortages that are plaguing most US restaurants . Keep their per check level as high as possible but perhaps keep volume a bit lower. I'm not sure how sustainable this is. Never was one for the dining plan due to the amount of food so this prix fixe menu is a turnoff unless it's a must-do restaurant.

I consider this Disney's "anti-Dining Plan dining plan"

yeah in the past Disney has been good because you can go and order whatever you want and it's fine. Ask to split a meal and they do it with a smile. They ain't smilin' anymore and that's unDisney and not magical.

So an update on the planning for our November trip: we now have AKL DVC for three nights, then Poly DVC for three nights. I lost all hope of Poly club being available by then, and with no discount available, we are deciding to give up the cash room at Poly and making it with DVC points. Will try for club level at Poly when its open, maybe next November. Also have two nights at the beginning of the trip at Port Orleans French Quarter as we realized that we have 11/11 off so why not go two days early.

We went to BOG Memorial Day weekend because we couldn't get anything else like Narcoosee's at a reasonable time, and it was the first time we had been since they added the prix fixe menu. We liked the experience of course, but my DH said it tasted like convention food 😆! Sadly, I have to agree with him. The food was just ok, pretty flavorless, and you end up eating more than you really want and would normally eat because it's included. Some people may disagree with me, and it may vary by night perhaps, but I don't think we'll be going back there for a while (unless they bring back a la carte menu) because you don't need the experience part of it too often (my kids are almost 18 and 23 lol). Besides, now that CLs are reopening, we much prefer to have dessert in the lounge (even though we thought the dessert was the best part of the BOG meal). I'm glad we got CG for 10/1 because that will be regular menu, right...it said the new one starts 10/3? I can't keep up with all these changes, and now we all have to be watching for Genie plus details - ugh!
