Disney's Club Level (CL) Information & Questions

Paid off our mid March CL stay at WL last night, to wake up to fresh discounts this morning. :D Our TA checked on moving us, but our dates have zero availability across resorts, which is wild (not gonna think about the crowds for now). Feeling lucky to have a reservation at all, and super excited to see the refurb rooms and our fav lounge again.
I appreciate this CL thread....I have learned so much from your comments and pictures!

Well, the discounts won’t work for my schedule, but I’m so glad to see them! Hope ya’ll snagged some great ones!!

In the tradition of "We must change resorts a million times to be happy, and even then will question our decisions", my sister told me this morning she'd rather stay GF RPC than YC CL for our upcoming trip. Originally, I was arriving Wed afternoon, staying one indulgent night at GF, then moving to YC for Thurs-Sunday. So this changes things. And it works for me, since yesterday I nabbed a solo res for Celebration at the Top on that Thursday. Here's the thing: I can get GF RPC on Wed night and on Fri-Sun - but there is nothing available on Thursday for some reason. I'll keep checking obsessively since that's just what I do, but in the meantime, I booked the CL room for the weekend and an outer building room for Thursday. If I am not able to get a single reservation...will I have CL access on Thursday since I'll have been a CL guest the night before? And then will I have it Friday morning if I pre-check-in? Not trying to game the system, I'd rather have a single reservation so I'm not unpacking/repacking twice, but if worse came to worse..?

Thanks, all, and have a great Wednesday!

No GDT CL available...but I don't mind a regular tower room, I loved it there even with most things closed last year. I am torn between that and garden wing at CR. $800 more for more convenience getting home after fireworks after a busy holiday...

$800 is a lot. Maybe just position yourself at the park entrance during the fireworks so you can grab a bus quickly. We did that one NYE at Epcot when we were going back to POFQ and it worked well.

$800 is a lot, for sure, and the garden rooms at CL are next up for refurb (or will they be newly done then? If so, that’s a consideration). For me, I’d be wary of being on a crowded bus post-fireworks in the near future, but I’m a lot more cautious than most.

It is a lot! I just remembered what a disaster the bus lines were for Coronado last July 4th on my first GDT stay. It had to be some kind of dispatching snafu but it took forever and a day to get home that night.

So I checked at work, sshhh, and the only CL available during spring break was coronado. 2400 for 3 nights and I don't get access to after hours so I didn't book it.

LOL I checked at work too. And I thought about that as well. This solo trip will be very short, just over the July 4th weekend, so if they're offering the evening hours it will be very helpful. My trips last summer were before it was offered.

I emailed my TA and had her put a courtesy hold on the CR reservation because I figure those rooms will go faster, and I will probably book non-CL GDT as a backup after I sleep on it. But I really feel like they should include Chronos guests in that benefit for the price.

You have to be near the park entrance. When you hear the last boom you should be fast walking to the bus depot. Otherwise it's 2+ hours.

It's also weird that S&D are same price as POR/FQ (with an AP discount) but get the night time hours because they are 'deluxe'. (Didn't check your dates but for the ones I checked.)

I'm going to check. I did book CR as a placeholder because I figured it would go quickly, until I make up my mind. But I'm kinda wanting to take a break from the Crescent Lake area tbh.
