Typhoon Lagoon H2O party

New to the forum, Hey Everyone :flower1:

We're going in June and I've just gone to book tickets for this but the only thing I can see on the site is..

To purchase tickets, please visit any Walt Disney World ticket window. (Tickets are subject to availability.)

To me that suggests you can only book when you're there? Or am I missing something?
As it is the pre-sale period, they can be added online as an extra to your resort stay... they still do not show up under general ticket sales
 
Am assuming if I want to book the last party of the season (when crowds are - we hope - already diminishing) there should still be some availability come April 1st?
 
I see they have released the prices for the H2O party, they’ve increased to $75 per adult. We currently have the park hopper plus added to our tickets as we were planning on a water park day anyways. There are 4 of us that are considered adults so it would be $300. I see that some food and what would be considered extras (dj, etc) are part of this event. But for that price, I’m wondering if there is something I am missing as to why we would add that over the hopper plus tickets? We are going in July so lesser crowds maybe but are crowds really enough of a concern at the water parks for justify that?
If you are already paying for the water park I don't think this event is worth the cost. For me and my husband we only have reg hoppers and this is actually cheaper than adding a waterpark ticket. The event being at night and the little extra stuff is just a bonus.
 
I must be stupid as I’m logged into My Disney Experience which is linked to my reservation (arriving early June) but no matter what I do, when I end up on the page the event, I have no option to buy 🤯

I had to do it on the computer. Wouldn’t work for me on the app.

It made me (on mobile) go to the browser version of the site not the app. Here I had to log in again and than search for H20 glow in the event section. Than it let me buy them
 
Using website, logged in and out a number of times and can see my hotel details, park ticket details and park reservations but any time I click on the H2O page, I get a message in the Important Information bar at the top of the screen saying Reservations for this experience are not available?!

I logged in to my account, then clicked "parks & tickets", then "special event tickets", then "H2O glow". It then takes you the event purchase screen. It only shows parties on dates that you have a hotel reservation. If you have an AP, make sure you check the box to get the discount as it defaults to the non-discounted ticket option.
 
@niclodn - Just tried that and it's still not working. It's almost as if my reservation isn't linked yet it's showing me all my holiday details. Guess it's a 2 hour wait on the phone then lol thanks for your help. Just to add, when I click on special events, it's not defaulting to my dates.

That stinks. Sorry you are having issues.

Where are you staying? This really stinks that it bugged for you. Hope you get it worked out.

We're staying at the Beech Club Resort. I honestly can't get my head around it as both the App and the Website are showing our reservation once logged in along with all our park reservations. Just on hold now...
 
When do they go on sale for regular guests? The day we want to go is outside of our hotel stay.

Gonna toss a curve ball.. maybe worth a shot. Open a new incognito window and find the extras section (not search H20) sign in when on this page than scroll down and see if it shows the price right on that page.

It sounds like you're getting further than me.

Tech Support are telling me it's because I'm in the UK?! I've tried using a VPN but still can't see the ticket button :(
