***Official September 2022 Thread***

Someone posted in the official MNSSHP thread that the party on 9/2 is now sold out. We're going to the one earlier that week but now I'm thinking maybe crowds will be higher than they typically are during that week. I know it's the Friday before the holiday weekend, but I don't recall it selling out before. I've gone to a party on Labor Day and the crowds were nice and low - had a blast! Park reservations are still fully open for the week at least...

Could be a Labor Day/Locals thing.

Sigh..... my magic band is still saying "in progress". I'm officially under one month now. I really hope it ships before the end of this week and the mail is moving quickly.

My daughter and her husband bought theirs for that night when they first came out. A friend of ours who is a local disney Travel Agent told us as fast as those tickets were selling for 9/2 she believed it would sell out. My daughter wishes now she had chosen a Tuesday to go to the party. We go in September for less crowds but this year is very different it seems. I am going to Disney and I am happy about that but a little sad it will not be a typical September trip that we have always experienced.

That is so exciting. It's our home too and we love it. No regrets. We will be there 9/3-9/10 say hi if you see us.... I'm with the really tall red head guy... he's easy to spot.

I'm basing it on a busy summer and the Touring Plans Crowd Calendar Lsdolphin posted. I got the same notice today for my September dates

Crowd levels have been 1's and 2's with 3's and 4's on the weekends. To predict a 4 rather and a 1 seems to me that it's going to be busy this September.

People who haven't gone to The World in a few years have been returning and with the uncertainty of the overall financial health of the coming year I'm guessing a lot of people will go for one, last time in quite a while.

Ok, but no joke, I'm hoping one forms right now. It doesn't have to be big or hit anywhere, but the next one out is going to be named Danielle. And can we just talk about my anxiety that we have a super quiet August, but the next named storm hits central Florida in early September and has MY NAME. I will NEVER live that down if it messes with my trip.

I'm on that one also since we actually arrive in 20 days. Lots of excitement over there!

A few years ago there was a hurricane expected and people were changing their tickets afraid party would be cancelled but we went and park was empty and hurricane ended up by passing Disney.

Yeah, the Labor Day party I went to was so much fun and the crowds were so low! We were there one Sept like that with a hurricane on the way and got one of the last flights out of the airport before it shut down. We went to the party before the parks closed that week and were surprised by how crowded that one was. I was expecting it to be dead due to the imminent hurricane!

Touring Plans updated their crowd prediction calendars over weekend. Basically they raised everything during my trip, but the days leading up to Labor Day jumped considerably, whereas the rest of the week after Labor Day typically just went from a prediction of 1’s and 2’s to 2’s and 3’s. So it definitely looks like they are anticipating it being busier than normal for September. My family used to always go during Spring Break so even higher September crowds won’t be as bad as that. Lol.

Some of my days (7-12) went from 1s and 2s to 4s, and 5s. Mainly Epcot and DHS. AK has 2, 3, and even a 4. MK tracking mostly 3s.

Congrats on your Welcome Home stay!! And Welcome in to the September 2022 Group!!! Glad you joined us. We are all getting so excited that are trips are just days away. Old Key West looks like a very nice resort. We ate at Olivias in 2020 and it was one of the best meals we had at Disney with excellent service. I will add you to our CountDown List and we look forward to seeing you here for more last minute planning!!

Flying down with our 4 year old and 2 year old first thing 9/24 and staying at BRV. Originally was flying in 9/25 but flights were so expensive, it was cheaper to fly in Saturday and stay at BRV for the night.

9/24 - check in at BRV and Whispering Canyon Brunch
9/25 - Ragland Road brunch and check in at Poly
9/26 - MK and hoping to snag a BBB reservation when they pop up
9/27 - Steakhouse 71 Breakfast
9/28 - Grand Floridian Cafe brunch then head to airport

Been checking daily for chef mickeys or topolinos brunch as sold out at 60 days, thinking one will pop up as we get closer and can go on any non park day.

What day did y’all order your MB+ and when did it either ship or you received it? I ordered the evening of the 28th but it still says “in processing”. I declined a new MB for DH so the order is just for 1 MB+. If it matters, I ordered the rose gold Cinderella Castle 50th anniversary MB+. We arrive in 25 days!
