No it’s not. I was just at the Harris Teeter me an hour ago and I purchased a Disney GC and an Amazon GC and I got the 4X points.

I’m really surprised by this. I clicked the link in the email ad and it took me to this website. Amazon isn’t listed under the 4x cards. https://giftcards.harristeeter.com/

I noticed that the last time I checked but I bought one today and had no problem. However around Christmas I bought an Amazon GC and I didn’t get the extra points and i called the customer service phone number on my receipt and they immediately adjusted my points. I know when you ask at auestions at the service desk in the store they have no idea.

I did the same last time, but phone customer service told me Amazon was excluded. I double checked the list and confirmed that was sadly accurate - and that list seemed to be the same as the current list. Glad you had a different outcome!

That's the online link, Harris Teeter & Kroger do not sell Amazon nor Best Buy gift cards online.
The online link doesn't have anything to do with what is being sold in store.

Do you know if you can swipe a $200 Visa GC to buy a $200 Disney GC at Kroger/HarrisTeeter?

I’ve been able to swipe Visa GC’s to buy the discounted Disney GC’s at Sam’s Club with no issue, but the Fuel points are worth even more to me.

It’s the link I posted above that you said is online only. And I actually did call about my points, and the phone customer service folks (who have added points to my account before when warranted) walked me through finding the list that you said is online only

Wow buddy that's so weird. I could understand if Kroger CS told you Amazon & Best Buy is covered under the illusive umbrella FINANCIALS but that's not the case.

A while back when Kroger in-store had the same promotion (4x fuel), I posted the image from their site which clearly showed an Amazon gift card among others.

How long ago did this happen to you and can you remind me what type of Amazon GC you purchased, was it variable load?

YMMV? I'm sorry but I just don't agree. I really think you were told incorrect information. I've gone back to a few Harris Teeter ads and the last 4x fuel promotion in February 2023 even shows an Amazon gift card. I do agree the wording has changed this go round but that in itself doesn't mean Amazon GC are excluded.

Until I see more posts here and there that Amazon & Best Buy gift cards are excluded from Harris Teeter 4x Fuel Promotion (on gift cards), no warning will be created.

Though I most certainly appreciate you posting your experience. It does matter so thank you.

Dumb question -

If I buy 4x fuel points Kroger gift cards today and get Princess cruise line gift cards (and should that be physical gift cards or e-gift cards?) - I can use them towards my account on the ship, right? I have to put my cc number in the account, but I can still go to guest services and pay any charges down with a Princess gift card. First time crusing Princess - we are normally DCL cruisers so I want to make sure that buying gift cards during 4x's fuel points is not an exercise in futility and is not "wasting my money".
