Previous Cruises Now Listed on Castaway Club Link on Web Site

The Castaway Club profile on the DCL web site listing appears to have been updated to again list all of our prior DCL cruises, along with those we have booked but are yet to sail. Finally returning to the information that was available prior to one of the recent web site “updates”. It certainly took long enough.

Along with that listing, the new Pearl benefits of booking cruise activities at 123 days and checking in online at 40 days appear to be in place. I think these have been reported previously. We are PIF for the WBPC in October, and our activity booking date is now showing June 4th, so we’ll be competing only with other Pearl cruisers (and concierge guests).

Finally, I can also see a link to download the room folio for our most recent cruise (on the Dream in mid-April). I had already email a copy to myself before we debarked, but it’s nice to see this information available after returning home. I don’t know how long this will be available or what folio history will be maintained going forward, since our January B2Bs on the Wish are not showing folio links.

Yeah, the site is wigging out on me too. When I try to log in it sits and spins for a while, then tells me my credentials are incorrect (and something in small text along the bottom telling me it can't connect to the reCAPTCHA service). Also doing it for the WDW website . . .

So glad they brought this back! Having the option to download the folio for up to 90 days after your cruise is a great addition as well.

Me too. Scrolled through the whole page and no past cruise listing. I see my Castaway Club number is there, my CC level is there and my past number of cruises is there but no past cruise list.

2 out of the 3 time I've checked today, my CC page had a section (between the Member Benefits section and the introduction to the new Pearl tier) that listed the ship, dates, reservation number, and room number of each of my previous cruises. For my upcoming cruises, there was a link to "Manage reservation" (which worked 1 of 2 times I tried it).

Oh my gosh! I cannot begin to tell you how much joy this brings me. I was dreading having to call and ask someone to list all the dates and ships for me. I just looked, and it's all back there again. I've taken screen shots this time. Thanks Ralph&Pam for bringing this to our attention!!
