Well, I can't seem to get my eating under control despite my best efforts, so I'm trying something drastic.

I'm going on a liquid diet for two weeks just until I get my cravings under control, then I'll start South Beach.

The diet is 3 shakes a day made from protein powder, bananas and berries and then I can have a V-8 in the afternoon.

The total calories will be around 1200, so I don't think I will slow my metabolism down.

I started yesterday, and lost 4lbs of water weight already!
 
Hey! How are things going over there? What kind of liquid diet is it? Are you doing any exercising?
