I think it's perfectly fine to keep that date, and not disrespectful at all. And I agree with others, I think it will give a happy memory to the day and I know your Nana will be looking down on you and be so happy for you on your wedding day. I'm sure she wouldn't want you to feel stressed or sad about it.
I think memorial roses or vases are very nice and a great way to remember family that has passed on.
If you do feel like you or other family members won't be able to be as happy on that day because of it being the anniversary of her passing, than maybe you should change it, but I don't think that seems like the case since some time has passed since then.
You are definitely not an awful granddaughter. It sounds like you still do very much remember her and honor her memory, so don't feel bad about it.
