Annual Pass holders: renew for $99.95 +tax...

This is for the 2 park annual pass renewal!!! Super deal, and you don't have to be "up" for renewal to get it...you can buy your renewal voucher now, and use it when you're ready!!! Stock up now!

I was at IOA and Universal today and I spoke with one of the employees and she said you could renew right there at the ticket booth.

I HAVE TRIED THE NUMBER TWO DIFFERENT DAYS AND GET THE MESSAGE THAT THE CALL CAN NOT BE COMPLETED AS DIALED. maybe it is blocked out in orlando!!!!

stopped by the window today and the passes have to be activated by 2/28/02. not a good deal for those of us with passes good till 7/22/02

Wow, that's completely different from what I was told regarding an activation date. The annual pass agent said these were good in perpetuity, stock up now. If this is the case, I'm glad I didn't buy next year's yet.

I thought the passes that had to be activated by Feb.23, 2002 were the ones being offered to anyone from AAA South for $99.

I do not know that is what i was told by guest services at USF, I specifically pointed out that this was not the AAA deal i was asking about. For fun and giggles i will ask at IOA guest services 12/15.

I was told by someone from passholder guest services (an online contact) that when you renew, you get a voucher that doesn't have a date on it that you would have to activate by...

I wonder if the person you spoke to was just confusing a renewal with someone getting the new deal, and perhaps they had their facts mixed up? It doesn't make sense that a renewal would have an random date on it, since everyone's renewals come up at different times...

I spoke with Evelyn at Annual Pass department today. She told me that they were talking about the AAA pass. She said that the renewal passes don't exprire. She said that it doesn't if you pass will expire next November the renewal pass will be still active.

called the renewal number and handled it all over the [hone and have two renewal vouchers on the way. it was easy and it seems the phone guest services is better informed that the in person guest services.

Note that the definition of renewal is that the new AP is active the day after the old AP expires. In other words, membership is continuous. Sometimes renewals are not for an additional year but are instead to a fixed date such as Feb. 28, 2003. The latter is done for such purposes as synchronize everybody's pass to expire at the same time, why they would do this I don't know.

There may be bugs in the system that favor you. They should make good on any bug that penalizes you, upon request.

If you order vouchers based on what somebody told you, try to return them as quickly as you can for a refund if you find out that the instructions that come with them say otherwise. I do recommend insured mail.
