Anyone been to Mandara Spa at Swan/Dolphin?

I have a gift certificate to the Mandara Spa at Swan/Dolphin and just wanted to get anyone's opinions of it or any advice about how to get there, what to book, etc. I plan on making an appointment for 4/1...how far in advance do I need to book?
