anyone having problem with member sight?

The DVC member only sight doesn't recognize my password or ID!!!! And when it asks (for verification) my birthdate....it tells me that it is wrong.....HUH?????

I had that problem 2 weeks ago.

When I emailed from work, to ask them why this was happening they told me to contact MS.

Every time DVC does something new to their system, something goes screwy on my end!

It's fixed now, before I called MS, so don't know if they did something from their end or not. But call MS on Monday.

I often have problems with the sight -- for some reason it seems very tempermental with my computer. I just tried it, and had a problem. Then I shut down my computer, then restarted it, went to the sight, and it works fine. Not sure what the problem is, but that seems to be the way I always can get around it.
