Anyone with food & wine pairing ressie?

I made 2 reservations for food & wine pairings then got a call several days later from WDW saying they were going ahead and charging my credit card then. That was fine but my statement has arrived and there's no charge on it. I'm wondering if anyone else has/has not been charged from their reservations. Thanks.

come to think of it, I haven't seen a charge on my CC bill either...

Same thing here. I think they may be using the credit card to hold the ressie and will charge it the date of the ressie. I thought about calling, but haven't got around to it yet.
