Closed on the 20th, nothing showing yet, but it will be a new UY for us. Hoping to see something this week. I think this is the hardest waiting part

Do you all know what date the deed recorded? It’s my understanding that’s a separate step after closing.

The deed was dated the 20th, it was included in the email dated the 20th saying you closed along with the final closing statement.

We closed on 3/22. Not seeing it on my dashboard yet.

Update: Amazing, but we received an email today, Easter Sunday saying "Welcome Home to Disney Vacation Club" and the contract has loaded. So 11 days from the deed recording. No points yet, hopeful in the next few days.

Mine hasn’t closed yet … I finally got myself organized to send the wire, and the forex company I used sent $10 less by mistake - so I paid the $10 but then hit Easter weekend lol.

We sent our signed/notarized docs in 3 weeks ago for our 1,000pt resale contract but had been waiting on the sellers to sign, too. Seller finally sent their docs in and the wire was cleared to go out today.

Nice! Mine didn’t have the full annual allotment banked and I was able to modify an existing Oct stay into a 1-bed OV to use them all up.

They countered at $92... will take it up over on rejected offers thread...in a bit. Don't want to describe a particular contract but would be curious to know what the Buying Aulani braintrust thinks about $92/pt for an NONsubsidized contract with no 2023 points and about 60% of it's 2024 points. There's a lot of inventory out there at the moment.

@lilsonicfan -- that's how I ended up with 4 UYs in the first place...there actually is one subsidized contract in one of them, but not where my AUL points are and I want to be able to easily combine for longer stays.
