Calling for first time...weekend appointments?

Calling next week for the first time! I'm super excited and all but I'm a little concerned. I'm very new at my job, just out of my 3 month probationary period as of yesterday and although I do now have paid personal time off, I am little cautious of taking a day off already for wedding things. Are weekends an option for the sessions and meetings? I think first up for me is looking at some locations to pencil in for?
