directions from Daytona to ASMo?

We're staying at ASMo for 3 nights while my parents and sister are driving down to Daytona beach from Canada. On Tuesday morning (May 2) they are driving over to pick us up from ASMo and we're planning to spend the day at Epcot as a family before we all pile back into the van and head back to Daytona for a few nights, then we fly home and they drive home the following week.

What would be the best directions to give them to get to ASMo on a Tuesday morning, probably during rush hour? The plan is for them to come early, but I know my family...crack of dawn usually translated into crack of noon from what I remember about my childhood family vacations!!
