Hi there... I don't think there is an email

These people are not like concierge staff at Disney. The club level is not like concierge at Disney... sure they will make your reservations for you but it is not an itinerary planning service and they never contact you in advance to see if they can help.

Best bet is to just give them a call, but the whole time I was there (6 nights) I had the impression they could not care less other than filling the troughs for the cattle.

I msut agree about the HRH.. they were very nice, but had no info, other than to sell you tickets (at a higher rate than on the web). At the RPH they were much nicer (still had very little info) and at least tried to be helpful.
