Extra Hour Special

I was watching the new Disney Video before and they mentioned something about an extra "paid" hour in the parks. Now, they said it was after it closed, so it cant be EE. But E-Night is more than an hour long. So what are they talking about? Anybody have any ideas?

My guess is they're referring to the Extra Magic Hour-which is the opening of one park a day one hour prior to scheduled opening time for resort guests only.
