That totally worked. Got right through to a BBB agent. When I asked to be transferred to reservations, she asked if I already had a reservation (which I did). Wonder if they're starting to catch on...? Regardless, she was very nice and passed me along to a reservation specialist who informed me that the prior agent had already made the changes for us!! How wonderful is that?
So, after three hours, we're finally set. 30% off our existing BC CL room.
Started dialing at 7:08am didn't get through until 7:25, and then held for 1 hour and 40 mins......but it was worth it!!!! Staying at a value resort, upgraded to regular dining and saved $500 on my previously booked reservation for Nov 13-19. This discount will help make me make it all the more magical for me and my two boys, as me and my eldest are celebrating our birthdays on Nov 13th & 16th!!!

After waiting 1 hr & 1/2 on hold I was able to get FD & change our dates to the week before Christmas. They didn't have any Royal Room standard view rooms left at POR so we upgraded to the Royal Room garden view & still saved a substantial amount of money. So very excited, worth the wait!!
Thank you SO much to the PP who suggested calling BBB! When a CM answered, I politely apologized and said that I had called the wrong number but I wanted to update my reservation to include the FD package. She asked me if I had been a precious guest at WDW at least five times and I replied yes (it's been way more than that!) and immediately transferred me to a CM who applied FD. Time spent on phone - approximately 3 minutes. Amount saved: $1000. THANK YOU!!!

I was on hold for approximately 10 minutes, but got free dining for our stay at CSR November 13-17!! No standard rooms available, so had to switch to a water view...
Just called - was on hold for less than 5 minutes. Had the SWEETEST CM, who checked everything she could for me - there is NOTHING available w. FD at POR (fam of 5) from Sat-Sun (8 nights) for the entire rest of the year? That seems so crazy to me!

We were told the same thing about POR. While we love POR we went with CSR due to availability.
