I enjoy watching 3d movies when its done well but hate paying for a gimmick 3d movie. Is there enough 3d in frozen to make it worth it?
Thanks!

1. The six minute Mickey Mouse cartoon, Get a Horse, that precedes Frozen, is itself worth the price of the 3D admission. That one may win its own academy award for best animated short film and it must be seen in 3D to be fully appreciated. 2. Frozen in 3D is great. They are a lot of scenes where most everything other than the characters is white from snow and 3D helps to create contrasts for the mountains, valleys, and one impressive ice castle in that situation.
I agree with PP. I am glad we saw it in 3D. In fact my DH said this movie may actually be a reason to get a 3D TV

And I cannot even imagine watching the short at the beginning without seeing it in 3D.
