I'm a concert fan. It's a very eclectic list.

First concert I ever saw....Prince's Purple Rain. Some highlights over the years....U2's Joshua Tree tour in the LA coliseum, Billy Joel, Elton John, Chicago, Neil Diamond, Barbara Streisand with Il Divo, Morris Day and the Time and Fishbone in a little hole in the wall place, Village People, Steve Miller Band.

I saw the American Idol tour the year Taylor Hicks won.

The most recent conert I saw was Nickelback with Daughtry.

I also have been to a ton of comedy 'concerts'. I like Broadway musicals, too, and have been to a number of them.

I will tell you all about my trip later . . . . just say that it didn't meet all of my expectations . . . . but oh well, any day at DLR is better than a day working, right? (For one thing it was so darn cold! I hope it warms up by the Ladies' Only trip! I was wearing four layers of clothes some times . . . .PLUS gloves . . . . and a stocking cap . . . . Ruth and Shelley--no making fun of me now since you live in Canada and I'm sure the weather the past three days would have been balmy for you!)

Since we were staying at a DLR hotel, we got early entry yesterday and that rocked! Did all of the dark rides in Fantasyland in 40 minutes --twice walked-on Buzz in the next 20 minutes, and by 9:30 had gone on POTC too! Was back in the room with breakfast by 10 a.m.! (Amy--I probably should have gone on SM but was too chicken to do it alone . . . . no way my Mom would have been able to do that--but get this--she went on Star Tours for the first time and LOVED it . . . who would have imagined . . . . )

Oh and DangerMouse . . . . I now understand your attraction to Kurt Wall . . . . yummmmmmm (One question though--are they ALL named Billy Hill?)

So now I need a vacation from my vacation . . . but clients are calling . . . . two days without me . . .. they're freaking out . .. . .

Balmy yes it was to warm for our winter jackets but we still have at least 2 feet of snow where I live but travel pal shelley has no snow cause she an angwl with horn and she just melts it away

Cheryl, I won't bug you. I think WDW gets COLD when others are just wearing light jackets. I probably would 5 layers on! What was the temp in F?

Callie, the Tshirts look great. Can you go put a medium on so we can see just how roomie? (It was ask that or ask your bra size...lol This is why Ruth keeps saying I've melted the snow at my house with my horns. I'm not even getting a shirt.)

I don't know the temp for sure, but we heard someone say it was getting down to 49 degrees that night . . . . so somewhere in the 50's for sure, since daytime highs were only in the 60's (although yesterday afternoon may have made it into the 70's--but definitely Sunday night and Monday were in the 60's). It was really cold yesterday morning waiting for early entry from 7:20 to 8 a.m. (since I didn't want to be at the back of the line).

And, what I REALLY don't understand are the people who ride Grizzly River Rapids when it's 60 degrees out and get absolutely soaked . . . how do they do it? I can see it on a 100 degree day (or maybe even a 90-degree day) but in my mind any colder than that and it's crazy! (My apologies to the crazies among us!)

A couple of other things . . . . lots of mechanical breakdowns while we were there. BTMRR went down just after we went past it . . .. we had just stood on the bridge and watched it. . . I was waiting on the other side (near the entrance to FL) and heard the announcements--"stay in your train, do not get out of the train, for those of you in line, please reverse direction and go out the way you came in."

We went on Star Tours with the intention of going on Buzz, but when we came out of Star Tours, Buzz had gone down and they had no ETA on when it was going back up (it was up the next morning).

And GRR also went down for about 20 minutes then seemed to be working normally.

While we were waiting for the Parade of Dreams we saw three or four security guys come up Main Street and at the last minute go over to a guy sitting on the curb with a backpack and escort him out. It was very quick--a very precise "strike"--they must have been watching him from the cameras. We figured he was pickpocketing or something.

Interesting times . . . . .

Sorry, no more pics of me are gonna grace this thread. I'm tired of seeing my mug repeated in posts already.

Bra size? Well, I used to wear a 38C until I got professionally fitted a few months back. They have me in a 34DD. However, in that photo, I'm wearing one of my old comfy bras, so the girls are hangin a bit low.
Other stats: I'm 5'10", weigh about 158 and wear a size 12. Curiousity satisfied?

Good news, I might have a roommate. Well, actually three roommates. I won't give you her user name because if she hasn't asked her other roomies first, I think I'll get her into some hot water.

I realized that I didn't have a picture posted of me on the first page (and for good reason, too). Tried as I might, I didn't get any decent pictures of myself. Where my stomach wasn't the only thing you saw I will be detoxing the rest of this week and part of next week as well as doing 2/day exercises + sauna. I am going tonight actually. It's weird I've been getting these weird Charley horses in the morning and I can't explain it, my sister said it was because I was working out and then I just stopped. I know I'm retaining a lot of water so hopefully I'll be a bit smaller when you next see me. Okay I'm back on topic!
