Halloween question

We have done the MNSSHP in the past and this year with two teens we are thinking of not attending. We will be at WDW during Halloween.

Are there any other options for trick or treating or some other way to celebrate halloween without having to spend $250(guesstimate) for 4 tickets to attend MNSSHP?
