We purchased the CD in MGM January 13th. I wanted my photos right away and did not want to wait a few days for shipping to order it from home. Well, I put it in my computer, and nothing. My husband sent an e-mail to the photopass sight. It said to wait five business days for a reply. No reply. Meanwhile I took the CD to Target-no pictures showed up on their photo machine either. My husband took it to work and it did not work there either. He sent another e-mail this time to the sight listed on the photopass cover. Again no reply. I don't know who to contact or what to do. I just want my pictures. Has anyone else ever had a problem?
