Mine arrived today!!! What a lovely way to cheer up a rainy dreary day!!

All the way from the UK! I received:

A red chef's hat that says "Hot Stuff" - I love it! I was already wearing it today!

An adorable Christmas tea towel with a cute festive bird on it!

Box of Cadbury Christmas cookies - very yummy

Box of Raspberry Trifle mix - never had this before- it looks good!

2 Packets of Cinnamon hot chocolate mix - DH will be stealing these I'm sure!

A cute silver angel cookie cutter Christmas ornament

An ornament that looks like a frosted cookie - both will go on my "cooking" 00themed tree

And my favorite...A recipe book called "Favourite Yorkshire Recipes". I just love recipe books - especially unique ones like this!!

Just as I started typing a jumping spider came out from my keyboard and scared the poo out of me!!

She said things were going really slow at the border and she doesn't expect anything until next week, so don't worry about it for now.
The one she sent has not made it through yet either.

That is great news. I hope the one going opposite direction is also making good progress....and then there is the one going to Canada too.

Hiya,

Disappointed to see my DH's parcel has not yet arrived at its new home. Considering he sent it the day before my Mum sent hers and that got to the States last week this is not looking good

Hopefully soon! If not we'll put another together of course.

On a happier note my DH did receive his! He was delighted and is going to take a pic of all the goodies and post his thanks himself later this eve.
