House of Blues concert question - Please Help!!!

Which is better - floor tickets or Tier 1 tickets? Both are general admission, and both the same price. Does one have more seating (as opposed to standing) area, or a much better view?

The floor is general adm. so that means you will be standing. I have no idea what Tier1 means. But it might be section on the second floor. Great spot to be if you want a seat.
