How does my doctor upload results to Safe Passage?

Hi all! I read through the other threads but can you help me with one thing?
If we choose to go the “telehealth professional” route for COVID testing, does my doctor need to upload the results or can we do it somehow? I want to let them know ahead of time in case they have to sign up or get software or whatever. Thanks!

Have them email you a pdf file with your results and then you upload the screenshot of it into safe passage.
